The thesis it is presented on 134 pages of typed text and contains introduction, 6 chapters, conclusions and practical recommendations. Bibliographic index quotes 234 published sources. It is illustrated with 34 tables, 31 diagrams, and 8 appendices. The results of the thesis were published in 26 scientific works, 3 patents. Key words: chronic heart failure, chronic kidney disease, cardiorenal syndrome.
Aim of study: to assess the evolution, the diagnosis possibilities of and the impact of type 2 cardiorenal syndrome, quality of life, psychosocial factors, and prognosis. Objectives: to assess the incidence and peculiarities of type 2 cardiorenal syndrome; identification of risk factors and clinical-evolutive predictors of the type 2 cardiorenal syndrome; to investigate functional changes and diagnosis peculiarities of cardiorenal syndrome; to estimate the cardiorenal syndrome impact on survival and quality of life.
The scientific novelty and originality: For the first time, scientific research focused on the assessment of the clinical and paraclinical features of cardiorenal syndrome in chronic heart failure was performed by assessing the risk factors and clinical predictors that influence the onset and evolution of cardiorenal syndrome.
The important scientific problem solved in the thesis: is to elucidate the clinical-paraclinical aspects, to increase the effectiveness of the complex diagnostic methods of the cardiorenal syndrome, which has contributed to the early diagnosis in order to optimize the clinicaldiagnostic management, to improve the life quality and survival.
The theoretical importance: Scientific study results have significant practical value, serving as the basis for screening and early assessment and diagnosis of CRS, and argued the need to improve the risk factors and clinical predictors screening.
The applicable value of the work: The obtained results have argued the need to implement early screening in practice, allow the cardiorenal syndrome appearance prognostication, the stroke and myocardial infarction risk assessment and the risk of death in cardiorenal syndrome.
Practical implementation: The research results were applied in educational process at the Discipline of Cardiology Department of Internal Medicine of the ―Nicolae Testemiţanu‖ State Medical and Pharmaceutical University, and have been implemented in practical work of the Departments of Cardiology, Nephrology and Internal Medicine of the PMSI "Sfânta Treime" Municipal Clinical Hospital.
