Summary

The structure: introduction, 4 chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, 229 bibliographical sources, 4 annexes, 113 basis text pages, 5 figures and 51 tables. The research resultsare reflected in 19 scientific publications.

The purpose of the study: consists in the scientific argumentation and the elaboration of the new technological processes by using nutritional additives and natural bioregulators for increasing wintering resistance and productivity of bee families.

The objectives of the work: the study of the impact of the use of nutritional additives and natural flavours in the bees stimulating feeding during the autumn period on increasing winter resistance and productivity of bee families; assessing the effectiveness of the use of nutritional additives and natural bioregulators in spring bees; stimulant feed on growth, development and increased productivity of bee families; assessing the effectiveness of the use of nutritional additives and natural bioregulators in spring bees; stimulant feed on growth, development and increased productivity of bee families; appreciation of the influence of stimulating feeding on the body mass of working bees; determination of physico-chemical indices, content of micro- and microelements, heavy metals and amino acids in acacia honey; developing recommendations on the use of nutritional additives and natural bioregulators in bee nourishing feed.

The scientific novelty and originality: consists in the scientific argumentation of the use of nutritional additives and natural bioregulators in bee nourishing feeding and the elaboration of new technological processes, processes of bee breeding and feeding (Patent for invention: 1078, 1194 and 1193, MD), the process of growing bee families (1202, MD), as well establishing optimal dosages that ensure increased winter resistance and productivity.

The obtained result contributes to solve an important scientific problem that resides in the elaboration of the new technological elements that led to the increase of wintering resistance and the productivity of the bees, which makes it possible to optimize the exploitation of bee families.

The theoretical value: the results of the research have supplemented the knowledge on the use of nutritional additives and natural bioregulators in bee nourishing food in autumn and spring, in the absence of melliferous picking to increase the wintering resistance and productivity of bee families; the evaluation of physico-chemical indices, the content of micro- and microelements, heavy metals and amino acids in acacia honey.

The applicative value of the work: results from the elaboration and evaluation of a new concept regarding the determination of the effectiveness of the use of nutritional additives in increasing the wintering resistance and the productivity of bee families.

The implementation of scientific results: was carried out at private beehives in Anenii Noi, Ialoveni, Hincesti, Nisporeni, Calarasi, Chişinău and in the didactic process at the State Agrarian University of Moldova.
