This paper which is the form of scientific investigation suggests for discussion one of the most complex problems faced by the society – the problem of human rights, the aspects of human rights and, particularly, juridical regulation of human rights in the Republic of Moldova.
Making reference to the research level of many aspects linked with the problem of human rights we can annotate that the human rights became one of the central ideas of this time, accepted by all the states beyond the historical, economic and cultural differences.
Analyzing the problems which are being discussed, the purpose of this paper consisted in: research and analysis of human rights from the origin, the evolution, till nowadays.
There were especially emphasized the complex research of philosophical visions on natural rights materialized in juridical philosophy, later to be analyzed from the standpoint of international law, human rights becoming principle of international public law.
In order to develop entirely the title of this paper, there was done an analysis of regulating of human rights in the Republic of Moldova, constitutional previsions of human rights and fundamental freedoms, there was researched and analyzed the juridical normative framework of regulating the human rights in the Republic of Moldova, the institutions and the mechanisms of defending the human right, which is the perspective of the National Plan of actions for human rights.
Especially the elaboration and application of efficient mechanisms of control on implementing the norms of European Convention of Human Rights in a modern society, including applying this on the whole territory of the Republic of Moldova.
This paper can be considered useful for many readers who are interested in cultivating the
proper juridical culture.
