Summary

Professional training of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports in the course “Management of human resources in sport”: Dissertation in pedagogical sciences. Chisinau, 2020. Structure of thesis: introduction; 3 chapters; general conclusions and recommendations; bibliography – 122 titles; 121 pages of basic text; 43 figures; 23 tables. The results are published in 11 scientific papers. Keywords: human resources, post functional management, vocational skills, personal development, continuous training, performance indicators, sports organization, managerial competences. The purpose of the research consists in the theoretical foundation of the professional training issue and continuous training of the specialists in the field and the scientific argumentation of a learning model within the course "Management of human resources in sport" in order to improve the individual and group performance. Research objectives: 1. The theoretical foundation of the professional training issue and continuous training of the specialists of physical culture and sport. 2. Elaboration of the Model of managerial professional training of the physical culture and sport specialists and the analysis of the continuous training aspects of the specialists in the field. 3. Capitalization of the methodology efficiency for training the professional competences of the master’s students in the course "Management of human resources in sport". 4. Experimental validation of the formative approach. Novelty and scientific originality. In the educational process of the specialised faculties, the optimized content of the curriculum and the theoretical course " Management of Human Resources in Sport" was elaborated and implemented as well as the methodological guide focused on the performance indicators needed by the specialists in the field. The effectiveness of the theoretically-practically new course developed, using the key elements of the new vocational skills training model, performance indicators required by future specialists in the field for the efficient performance of the overall sports activities was established. The important scientific solved problem lies in the determination of the theoretical and methodological bases of the efficiency of the vocational training process of the specialists from the physical culture and sports, which led to the elaboration of the model focused on vocational skills training (teambuilding and individual coaching) for the future qualified cadres in the field in order to ensure efficient human resources management in the field of physical culture and sports. The theoretical significance consists in determining the conceptual aspects regarding the human resources management in sport; in defining performance management concepts, managerial competence; in configuring the pedagogical model of vocational training of specialists. The applied value of the thesis is determined by the application in the teaching process of the State University of Physical Education and Sport the model elaborated for the study of the course ―Management of Human Resources in Sport" focused on skills training and the possibility of using it in achieving performance. The implementation of the scientific results were applied in the teaching process with the second-cycle students, the specialization and the students of the continuous vocational training programs (coaches, managers, teachers) of the State University of Physical Education and Sport of the Republic of Moldova.
