Structure of the thesis: introduction, three chapters, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography with 235 titles, 26 annexes, 128 pages of basic text, 37 figures, 42 tables. The results were published in 11 scientific papers.
Field of study: innovative management in the entrepreneurial sector studied in the Republic of Moldova.
The aim of the thesis is the determination of the interdependence and positive influence between the implementation of innovation management by the entrepreneurial sector in the Republic of Moldova and the level of competitiveness achieved by the studied entrepreneurs due to the practice of this type of management.
The objectives of the paper are: studying and systematizing the doctrine necessary for a deep, complete and comprehensive understanding of the essential concepts; analysis of the ranking of competitiveness and innovativeness of the Republic of Moldova at the global level; analysis of the innovation activity of the studied enterprises in the Republic of Moldova; demonstration of the influence of innovation management on innovation activity and its role in the enhancement of the competitiveness of the entrepreneurial activity; development of the practical recommendations and proposals for the improvement of the national innovation system and promotion of the model launched by SMART Caffes project.
The scientific novelty and originality of the paper resides in the development and test of the multifactorial regression analysis models for an assessment of factors influencing the efficiency of innovative business management, evaluation of the quality of econometric regression model, the assessment of the impact of the structural, organizational and socio-economic aspects of the company's sales revenue and practical proposals to improve the current state of the national economy from the perspective of innovation.
The obtained results that contribute to the solution of the important scientific problem consists in arguing and demonstrating the interdependence and positive influence between the implementation of innovation management by the entrepreneurial sector in the Republic of Moldova and the level of competitiveness achieved by the studied entrepreneurs due to the practice of this type of management. Thus, at the state level the competitive advantage is strengthened and the competitiveness is increased, the stimulation of the economic growth take place. The theoretical significance of the thesis consists in the investigation, interpretation and clear substantiation of the basic concepts; collection, interpretation and practical application of primary and secondary data; elaboration of the questionnaire for the collection of primary data, necessary to study the characteristics of the enterprises implementers of innovation management in the Republic of Moldova; reflection of the aspects of the multidimensional process of evaluation and impact of the organizational innovation activities with a specific focus placed on the innovation management, on the activity and competitiveness of the studied enterprises.
The applicative value lies in activating the mechanism for consolidating the innovation system in three higher education institutions in the Republic of Moldova and four abroad due to the development of subdivisions specialized in favoring and supporting innovation and innovative infrastructure a factor that directly contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the action plan for the implementation of the National Program in the fields of research and innovation for the years 2020-2023.
