The information society is a new, more perfect form of a modern society in which equal in rights access to the information and the advanced information-communication infrastructure promotes steady economic and social development of the country, global information integration. The policy of construction of an information society in the Republic of Moldova is a component of a state policy and contains the description of the strategic purposes of an information society development, the state support of information - communication infrastructure development for the purpose effectiveness of government administration.
Law machinery have entered a new stage of development when the most important and valuable resource is the information, and the primary goal is application of the automated information system in decision-making process and managements of the divisions.
Necessity of administration of the integrated automated information system is caused by presence of a lot of information systems introduced in law machinery that to no small degree complicates decision-making process and operative management of divisions. At perfection of administration also it is caused basically, necessity of maintenance of effective functioning of departmental information systems, first of all information systems of bodies of criminal prosecution, judicial instances, penal jurisdictions, etc.
In the dissertation questions are examined: decision-making in managerial process by law machinery; the purpose, tasks and information system’s role in management of law machinery; functions of information system of law machinery; stages of management of the information; processes of information interchange, efficiency and a correctness of information communication.
Also, it is emphasized opportunities of expert information systems usage in management of law machinery; the basic requirements for creation of effective information system of law machinery are put forward
