Volume and structure of the thesis: The thesis consists of an introduction, tree chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, 162 bibliographic sources, 11 annexes, 132 basic text pages, 23 figures, 19 tables.

Field of study: Education Sciences.

The purpose of the research is to establish the conceptual framework of the motivation for learning at the Arab high schools in Israel and to capitalize the ways of its development.

The objectives of the research: the analysis of the specialized literature with reference to the studied phenomenon in order to elaborate some theoretical syntheses relevant to the research; identifying the peculiarities of learning motivation in a school context; conceptualizing the Pedagogical model of developing learning motivation; determining the specifics and role of learning motivation in Arab high school students in Israel; comparative analysis of learning motivation depending on the study profile of Arab high school students in Israel; elaboration, implementation and evaluation of the efficiency of the Psychopedagogical program for the development of learning motivation in Arab high school students in Israel.

The novelty and scientific originality of the thesis are objectified in: realising a theoreticalempirical research with reference to the learning motivation of Arab high school students in Israel; conceptualizing a Pedagogical model of developing learning motivation; identifying the specifics of learning motivation in Arab high school students depending on the study profile: universal, real, technical; establishing the factors influencing the learning motivation of Arab high school students; determining the attitudes of high school students towards the objects of the individual professional plan from the perspective of interest, the importance of understanding the study discipline; identifying the dominant motivation for learning Arab high school students; the scientific configuration of the Psychopedagogical Program for the development of learning motivation in Arab high school students in Israel.

The scientific problem solved is the determination of the theoretical-applied foundations incorporated in the Pedagogical Model of the development of learning motivation and manifested in the specific motivation for learning of Arab high school students depending on the study profile – universal, real, technical, which conditioned the elaboration of the Psychopedagogical Program for the development of learning motivation in Arab high school students in Israel.

The theoretical significance of the researchis justified by: the analysis and synthesis of classical and modern motivational theories; specifying the concepts of motivation and motivation of learning from the psycho-pedagogical perspective; conceptualization of the Pedagogical model of the development of learning motivation; identifying the particularities of the motivation of learning of Arab high school students; the foundation of the Psychopedagogical program for the development of learning motivation of in Arab high school students in Israel as a connection between the psychological and pedagogical elements of motivation formation and optimization.

The applicative value of the research consists in: selection and validation of a set of tools with which a system of ideas on the need to develop learning motivation was structured; validation of the Psychopedagogical rogram for the development of learning motivation; formulating scientific conclusions and recommendations regarding the premises and the psychopedagogical context of developing the motivation for learning in Arab high school students in Israel.

The implementation of the scientific results was achieved by disseminating the results obtained during the conduct of the theoretical and empirical research, through the discussions within the meetings of the Department of Education Sciences of the State University of Moldova, through the communications at the national and international scientific conferences, as well as the publications and publications. by carrying out the practical activities organized with the Arab high school students from the AL-BUKHARI high school, Arraba city, Israel.
