At the end of hospitalization in 275 patients with chronic pulmonary obstructive disease, despite of positive dynamics of clinical data, significant changes of level of intensity of lipid peroxidation and activity of antioxidant protection, authentic changes of aggregative function of thrombocytes, such as increase in degree and speed accompanied by shortening of the time of aggregation still held. Suppression of lymphocytes in investigated patients was accompanied by reduction of absolute and relative quantity of T-lymphocytes, subpopulations CD4 and CD8 and increase in a level of circulating immune complexes.
Complex recuperation therapy of patients with chronic pulmonary obstructive disease including ozone or laser therapy promoted earlier reduction of clinical symptoms of the disease and normalization of laboratory biochemical parameters. The total sum of points of an estimation of the clinical status at the application of the ozone therapy has decreased with 10,6+,- 0,18 up to 2,83+,- 0,11 points (р<0,001), laser therapy – with 10,9+,- 0,20 up to 4,9+,- 0,11 points (р<0,001).
Alongside with the expressed regress of subjective symptomatology the increase as volumetric and high-speed parameters of ERF were noted. On a background of recuperation actions with use of ozone or laser therapies, the authentic decrease in concentration of 2,3-diphosphoglycerate and level of P50, quantity of fibrinogen, trombin time and authentic increase of activated partial trombin time was observed. Recuperation actions promoted essential increase of the absolute and relative quantity of general T-lymphocytes, T-active limphocytes, CD4 and decrease in quantity of B-lymphocytes and circulating immune complexes. At the completion of a course of ozone and laser therapy there were positive and authentic changes of intensity of lipid peroxidation and activity of antioxidant protection.
