Summary

Dissertational work is devoted to development of methodical and methodological recommendations of effective formation and realization of human potential at the enterprises in conditions of strategic changes, characteristic for the enterprises functioning in market conditions of managing.

In a theoretical part of work concepts, approaches of strategic management of human potential are investigated, evolution of doctrines of management about a role of the person on manufacture is considered and the model of the modern worker is certain. The analysis of theories of motivation is lead and the basic motives of productive work of the modern worker are designated. On the basis of the lead analysis of strategic management of human potential at the enterprises of northern region of Republic Moldova, existing problems in the theory and practice of application of strategic management and strategy of development of the personnel by questionnaire of workers of the investigated enterprises are revealed.

During research it has been revealed, that in conditions of strategic changes, the basic motive of productive work is the training, allowing to be demanded in the competitive environment. Analytical research of strategic management of the personnel has allowed to reveal problems and to define the factors influencing formation and realization of human potential: material stimulation; social factors (moral incentive); labour attitudes and a sociallypsychological climate in collective.

In work the strategic approach at formation and is proved and offered for practical application to realization of human potential at the enterprise through рыночно - the focused training. Strategy of development of the personnel leans on marketing - as information base, the program of training including active methods of preparation of experts is developed, the budget of training is formed.

In applied aspect the recommendations offered in work, will allow to raise efficiency of formation and realization of human potential at the enterprise.
