The dissertation paper is dedicated to the investigation of organizational problems of human resources management in some companies of the Republic of Moldova on the purpose of finding optimal decisions for increasing the efficiency of economic structures activity.
In the thesis are determined the modern tendencies of human resources management development entirely in the world theory and practice, and partially in the Republic of Moldova. In the research process, a complex methodological approach was used, that relieved to unveil and analyze the conditions, factors and potential possibilities for improving the human resources management on macro and micro levels.
Complete attention was shown to the functional activity of the human resources management in companies, as well as for social programmes of leader-companies on producing refreshing drinks. A particular place in the dissertation has the investigation of the main function of human resources management in companies – evaluation of the personnel of the company.
The results of the research, conclusions, and practical recommendations for the dissertation may be used directly in the business-structures, on scientific and educational purposes, contributing, in this way, to the future development of the theory and practice of the human resources management
