In this work the new methods of tracing power flows and allocation of power losses between participants of energy markets are developed.
The thesis contains five chapters.
In the first chapter the review of the literature is carried out. Also the existing methods of tracing power flews and allocation power losses are expounded, generalized and systematized with uniform methodical basis. Using results of calculation of test schemes of electric networks, the comparative analysis of these methods is carried out, with the purpose of revealing advantages and disadvantage.
In the second chapter the new method of tracing active and reactive power flows is presented. The algorithm allows determining the power flowing out the buses of each power plant to each loads and power entering the loads from each power plants. Also the offered method allows calculating power flows running on branches of electrical network, caused by the each source (load). Results of calculations for test and real networks are represented.
In the third chapter the problems of allocation power losses between participants of electrical energy market and definition of a part of power losses in each of lines caused by each source (load) are solved.
In the fourth chapter, using the developed methods of the solving the problems of tracing energy flows and allocation power losses, the algorithm of determination nodal prices is elaborated. The results of calculations of nodal prices for electrical network are carried out.
In the fifth chapter the questions of conclusion of bilateral contracts for delivery of electrical energy between trading companies and consumers are considered. It is showed how the results of the solving of problems of tracing energy flows and allocation power losses are used by conclusion of bilateral contracts. The results of calculations for the test networks are resulted.
