Summary

This work is dedicated to evaluation of modification interventions of behavior upon certain indexes of life quality of patient with type 2 diabetes and metabolic disturbances /disorders/.

The outcomes of certain biochemical indexes of patients with diabetes mellitus are presented before training at the school of diabetic and one year later under follow-up.

It was proved that the optimization of life style represented the basic method in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. The evaluation of person with diabetes mellitus became complete only by analysis of special aspects. The results of investigations proved that the patients trained at the school of diabetic and being under follow-up, have a better life quality than the patients not trained.

The administration of Lopril 10mg/day lead to reducing of tensional systolic and diastolic values, had a positive effect upon the renal function, manifested by the tendency of reducing the concentration of serum creatinine and the marked reduction of microalbuminuria in hypetensive patients with type 2 associated diabetes, reduced the level of ventricular hypertophy on left side.

The self-control training program of diabetes mellitus represents an important and integrant part in treatment of disease. The patient training represents an important role in compensation of diabetes mellitus.

The training and self-instruction of medical specialists along with the training of patient contributes to improving of life quality in patients with diabetes mellitus by increasing of self-control quality and lipid level, maintaining of optimal level of glycemia, early prevention of disease complications
