Summary

This work offers a complex view in the context of the postmodern pedagogy regarding a present day pedagogical problem – initial and continuous formation of the instructor as a form-master/ manager of the educational act.

Known fundamental concepts are made in the thesis, a personal concep-tual frame has been elaborated and structured. The work suggests a psychope-dagogical interpretation of the educational act fulfilled by the teacher/form-master in the configuration of the pupil and pupils collective formation of the personality on the basis of an instrumental pedagogical forming, elaborated in the investigational process, determined as analytical perspective of the educational act, which offers the possibility to diagnose, develop, predict and forecast educational actions.

The value of the present work consists in the psychological establish-ment of an original concept of the form-master formation as a manager, focu-sed on an extinguished systemic vision of the double profesionalisation, illustrated through the perspective of the permanent education and the analytical perspective of the educational act.

Philosophical approaches regarding the management of the educational act (epistemological, logical, axiological, structuralist), pedagogical and psy-chological conceptions regarding the educational management, the sizes of the general and professional culture, the principles and coordinates of the permanent education, of the initial and continuous formation are analyzed in the work

The theoretical investigation reflectes the analysis and interpretation of the educational act, of the pedagogical management of the anthropocentric model, the age characteristic of the pupil and of the class, the development peculiarities of these, their correlation with the analytical perspectives of the educational act and the characteristics of the initial formation and of the continuous one of the form-master.

The analytical perspectives have orientates the matrix elaboration of the form-master competences, of the model and professiogram, of the operational technological model of initial and continuous formation of the form-master as a manager of the educational act, of the pedagogical synthetic algorithm of the class management, of the process scheme, and of the sociopsychopedagogical and managerial interrelations in the context of continuous formation, of the curricula and professional formation / self-formation of the programs.

Experimental investigation realized on the basis of the designated instruments has permitted the realization, monitoring, validation of the results at the level of the initial and continuous formation of the teacher / form-master and emphasized its projection. It has validated psychopedagogical fundamentals of the form-master formation in relation to the management of the educational act which presupposes the formation of pupil personality and opens new perspectives of research of the form-master activity in the context of society democratization.
