Artistic environment of Republic Moldova. 1940-1990s Scientific investigation of the evolution of artistic environment of Republic Moldova of 1940-1990-s allows to make the detailed analysis of creative process, of aspects and factors which influenced on it. This is the complicated and contradictory period of time but it contains valuable achievements in artistic sphere. Making the analysis of information according to the reports of fine art exhibitions and different documentary sources, author had the possibility to reflect main tendencies in the development of fine art characteristic for every decade of the period of research. Thus, important aesthetic categories were explored. They served also as criterions for the analysis of moldovan artists’ works during the Soviet period. There are such criterions as fine and ugly; lyrical, epical and dramatical; pathos, typical, artistic truth; national, multinational, international, universal ones etc. The Party spirit was a determined element that involved these categories and served for establishment and confirmation of socialist realism in artistic environment of Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic. Also the was the criterion of finality specific one for that period of time. Then the category of comerce will appear after the Soviet period in moldovan artistic aesthetics.
Another important aspect influenced on aesthetic development of Soviet period became the themes of some works proposed by Ministry of Culture of USSR. During the analysis of this problem the author differentiated two groups or two methods of structurization some works for that period:
1. Themes of common or unitarian character were approved for all republics of the former Soviet Union.
2. Themes of particular or concrete character were represented in the thematic plans of art exhibitions. Sometimes these subjects directly followed out of the title of the exhibition.
Investigation and systematisation of fact questions about
artistic life especially covered problems connected with creative
processes such as the exhibition activities, structure, specification
and their evolution in the social-cultural context. Owing to
structuring of exhibitions by categories, types and forms the author
could reflect objective situation of the fine arts during all the period
of this research. Thereby, eventually the model of their structuring
was proposed. Using this structure author had possibility to observe
the dynamics of various exhibitions organised by scientific
collaborators of National Fine Art Museum of Moldova in the course
of 1950-2000 years stating the direct interconnection among the
dynamic development of exhibition, politic and social-cultural
processes.
