The present dissertation has an aim to study theoretical and methodological of the influence of property relations reformation process over economical efficiency. As a result of effectuated investigations it was stated each reform that took place, is and will be in a human society depends on property relations’ modification. That is why the present should not be avoided, but used as a reference point in elaboration of strategies for social and economical development of every state.
In order to understand the essence of property genesis and ways of this economical category transformation are presented beginning with antic period and till present. Theories and concepts of different economists are given concerning economical category „property”. It is important in the network of the investigated problem to determine directions of property’s economical efficiency, as of important indicator of economical activity.
Analysis of privatization process was effectuated – as main mechanism of propety relations’ transformation – within the network of different model of economics. Privatization is a principal modality to estrange state ownership for Republic of Moldova, but it is presented in many cases as modality to get out of public unprofitable entreprises and to obtain high profits to state budget. But it is very important in case of initiation and of privatization to take into consideration efficiency criterion that is to find the best owner for the object exposed to privatization. Some positiv and negativ aspects of privatization in the Republic of Moldova were singled-out in conformity with dissertation’s aims separate measures conserning future privatization were proposed.
The necessity the state role’s optimization in social and economical society’s life were argued. This role depends greatly on necessuty of a general national equilibrium ensuring and not only. We consider this equilibrium may be ensured only in case when economical subject knows what and how much possesses, what is the most important, will he be able to administer efficiently belongings in his property.
A serius lacuna of economical activity’s efficiency is the absence of necessary means for an entrepreneurial activity development. In order to exclude this deficiency characteristic for Moldavian entreprises (and for a state as an economic agent) proposals were elaborated regarding integration processes’ stimulstion in our country as well as holdings, financial and industrial groups, creation , especially for public and privat partnership, the last one allows public and private efforts unification in order to solve the problems of national infrastructures’ developement.
