As a scientific research, this paper focuses on one of the most sensitive and delicate problem our society confront with – the problem of the prevention and eradication of international economic criminality through various forms of international cooperation, given and settled under the present international law.
Making reference to the research level of many aspects linked with the international criminality problem, we can annotate that the ensurance and the preservation of stable economic security presents the main state objective, its fulfilling being possible only through an efficient cooperation against economic criminality. By analyzing the discussed problems, the aim of this paper was to: investigate the action mechanisms of international law in the promotion of international cooperation and the prevention of economic crimes.
The institutional and normative frame of the international and European mechanism of prevention and fight against economic criminality has been especially emphasized. A complex study has been also performed, on the UNO and Council of Europe role, in including their bodies in the fight against the international criminality.
This paper can be considered useful for a large group of users, concerned about the elevation of legal culture.
