The thesis aims to prove, both theoretically and practically, the optimization of the instructive-educative process during the gymnasium physical education classes using the audio-visual means.
The thesis shows that one of the optimisation way of improving the quality in physical education classes is strongly related to the use of audio-visual means.
This new direction methodology during the the gymnasium physical education classes points out the audio-visual means.
Although most of the specialists don’t have a proper endowment, they all have the same opinion regarding the increased efficiency of the physical education classes when the audio-visual means are applied.
The pedagogical experiment proves that from statistical point of view, the results are significant between the experimental and control group, thus approving the efficiency of the audio-visual means proposed.
The general bio-motric potential of the groups involved in the research is above average, for most of the indicators.
The great variety of audio-visual means applied during the physical education classes tends to the success to a large knowledge, a large motrical abilities, a good health, a hard constitution, a psyho-physical equilibrium, but most of all, the improvement of the basic motrical quality indexes.
The square one in bringing up to date the teaching process is the reorganization of the actual content of the physical education means.
On this line, the research acknowledges the availability of the new audio-visual means proposed, that act for a long time, that open to all changes that can render them more and more perfect.
