Summary

The thesis is consecrated to the employed persons in the national economy and to the safety and health Management, also there are stipulated the methodical recommendations for a higher level of efficiency in safety and security management at the job at the macro and microeconomic level.

In the thesis there are analyzed the concept of the “safety and health at the work place”, also “safety and health management”, there are determined the role of the top-management in the assurance of a health environment for the work place. There are analyzed the correlation between the level of the safety and the health in companies and the advantage of the competition. It is stipulated regarding the risk at the professional level it minimize the professional risk on a long term. Also there are the explanations and the importance of the instrument of Balanced Scorecard Management in order to obtain social and economic benefits through the inclusion of the actions for having a higher level of professional security in companies strategy.

In the thesis are analyzed the situation at the very moments and also there are shown the evolution of the indicators of prevention of accidents at the work place and compensation of the security and management at the work place from Republic of Moldova. It was demonstrated the inefficiency of the actual management system and of the safety and health at the work place with the direct impact on the employers, also the debt of the GDP. On the basis of the polls where have been questioned employers from nine companies and also based on the SWOT had been shown the difficulties in the application for the good practices in the actual system of management of the safety and health at the work place. Therefore most of those who are employed from Republic of Moldova expect from the top-management to increase the level of the safety and health at the work place.

The author have arguments considering the optimization of the safety and health system at the work place on the basis of the study which was made in the company “Viorica Cosmetic” S.A. and the necessity of the implementation of the National Project in the domain with the participation all the social actors. Also there are formulated methodical recommendations for a higher level of safety and health at the work place in companies from Republic of Moldova which will be also implemented in “Viorica Cosmetic” S.A.

The implementation of the methodical recommendations will increase the level of safety and health at the work place in Republic of Moldova
