Summary

The urgency of the research subject is conditioned by the fact that the social - economic evolution of the modern world is characterized by complexity, dynamic and promotion of the values of the 2nd millenium. New and new phenomena appear that are to be researched: mega-tendencies, transition to the market economy of the ex-Socialist countries and building of the new economy. At present, the informational and communication technologies represent a strategic basic factor of the developed countries, facilitating obtaining of the profit and multiplication of the economic advantages.

The Republic of Moldova suggested efficient involvement in the new economy creation as a strategic objective and therefore the necessity and importance of analysis of the concept, elements and specificity of building of the new economy in our country increases.

The purpose of the research is to do a theoretical – methodological and practical study of the new economy and based on it to evaluate the level, the particularities and perspectives of creation of the new economy in the Republic of Moldova.

The research embraces entirely both the theoretical composition and the practical composition, including the modalities of acceleration of the systemic transformations. The principal theories of the post-industrial society are analyzed, the basic features of the new economy are revealed in the thesis. The frameworks are examined, in which the systemic transformations generate the appearance of the network economy. The carried-out research singles out the mechanism of functioning of the new economy at the microeconomic and macroeconomic level as well as exact models of proving of the informational society. As a result of the research, the concept of monitoring of the new economy creation and the synergetic model of the new economy that is adequate to the transition period of the Republic of Moldova were developed.

The theoretical theses, the methodological and practical aspects may be used to improve the process of improvement of the strategy of building of the new economy in the Republic of Moldova, and the suggested recommendations serve as a support in the legislative and executive activity as well as in organization of the teaching process.
