One of the most important features of the world economy nowadays represents the transnationalisation of the economies of the world states, especially of the small ones. The necessity of the present research outcomes from the importance of the impact analysis of this process over the economies of small states, that usually are weak developed, and have limited resources for a prosperitive development. Other aspect of this research, represents the small states definition analyze throw the economic aspect.
Nowadays, the transnationalisation of small states represents the most important factor for a sustainable and stabile economic growth. As a result, the benefits can be divided between host country and transnational corporation. The success depend on the capacity of small states to make the transnational corporation to come în their economies. Also, în the research is analyzed the impact of transnationalisation over the migration of labor force.
Republic of Moldova, also, represents a small state, and also is facing the same problems as all the small states of the world. în such a situation, the accent should be focused on a qualitative transnationalisation of the country taking into account the priorities of the state and the branches of the national economy that creates added value and would make Moldavian products competitive with the world ones.
In this research paper, the impact of transnatonalisation process is studied as a theoretical impact, and as a practical one, taking as a base the economy of the Republic of Moldova. One of the essential aspects is that analyze was made from qualitative point of view.
