Summary

In present research paper are presented the materials of the investigation done in the 1960-2005 period on the main hazardous meteorologyc phenomena, in order to highlight their evolution in time and space, regularities of occurring and identification, at the end, of the most vulnerable regions in Moldova for certain climatic hazards and are proposed the most adequate possibilities of diminishing their impactand case studies are presented.

For certain meteorologic hazards there were analyzed the synoptic conditions of unleashing and manifestation of these, and barometric topography from the ground and high atmosphere (500 mb).

In the research dedicated to glazed frost, fog, hoar frost, hail and snowstorm, there were calculated frequency, probability and square average deviation. Also, there were obtained approximate evaluations forecasting character what could provoke meteorological risks. Thus, for the phenomena of hail, fog and glazed frost a tendency of decrease was noticed, as for hoar frost and snowstorm, they have the tendency to increase, fact that confirms the idea of frequent temperature alternations typical of winters in R. of Moldova.

The obtained results will contribute to the atenuation of the influence meteorological risk factors reflected in this research (glazed frost, hoar frost, hail, fog, snowstorm) in all fields of human activity, especially in the field of transportation and agriculture.
