Summary

Resume: The present research is devoted to investigation of a functional condition and adaptive possibilities of an organism of healthy people in the different age periods of life as well as possibilities of delay of ageing by means of modern, noninvasive, informative methods. Gradual ageing of the planet population and impossibility of rendering of the adequate medical aid corresponding to modern opening in this area demand carrying out of constant monitoring behind a state of health of healthy people with the help concerning new methods to well proved in space and sports medicine as for example rhytmography, rheovazography and electrocardiography methods of research during rest and during carrying out of functional tests. The purpose of the given work was representations in integrative form of some phases of physiological ageing and search of possibilities of delay of these processes by means of a number of techniques and processing methods directed on struggle against ageing since the ethio-pathogenetic reasons and finishing processing methods reducing negative influence hipokynezie and information stress which for a long time have entered into the chronic conflict to physiological requirements of the person. 1043 persons in a range of age from 18 till 79 years almost healthy and which have been divided into 15 groups by sexual, age signs, and also on frequence of heart rate in rest (normotonics and braditonics) have been surveyed. Key parameters defining a functional condition of healthy people in different age groups and with different level of physical activity have been revealed. Changes which take place in an organism with the years, namely decrease retractives abilities of a myocardium, decrease parasympathetic and growth of sympathetic regulation conduct to that adaptive organism possibilities decrease. Researches vegetative, electrocardiography and haemodynamic indicators have allowed to define decrease degree adaptive organism possibilities at identical freqence of heart rate in rest in different age groups at normotonics and braditonics. This data can be especially important for doctors - reabilitologies when it is necessary to solve as well as how many of this or that person and that thier physical activity did not fall outside the limits adaptive possibilities for the given at that moment should move. By the following problem which has been put in the given research concerned possibilities of physiological growth of adaptive possibilities on organism appling special resonant, mechanical fluctuation on certain areas of the person, and also use of some changed natural factors, as for example hypoxic hypo barium.

The conducted researches on ischemia of heart and some other conditions have shown possibility of considerable physiological growth of adaptive possibilities of the person under supervision over some vegetative and haemodynamic indicators under condition of decrease in risk of readaptation and development of some pathological conditions especially dangerous to the person in the senior age groups as for example. Results of this research can be applied with success in physiology, in geriatrics and gerontology, rehabilitation, sports medicine, in various commissions of experts (military and specialized people to selection for works with special conditions).
