Summary

Direction of investigation: phycobiotechnology.

The aim: is the elaboration of antioxidant preparations obtaining procedures on the basis of the biomass of cyanobacteria Spirulina platensis CNM-CB-02 with the high content of SOD and phycobiliproteins and of the biomass of green microalgae Dunaliella salinа CNM-AV-01 with the high content of carotenoids. Objects : screening of coordinative compounds of Fe(III), Mn(II), Zn(II), Co(II) to establish their effect on the productivity of spirulina and dunaliella, content of antioxidants in biomass; the elaboration of procedures of antioxidant preparations obtaining on the basis of spirulina's and dunaliella's biomass.

Methodology of scientific is based on the conceptions elaborated by: Lowry O. et.al. (1951), Laemmli U. (1970), Winterbourn C. et.al.. (1975), Максимов В. (1980), Доспехов Б. (1985), Ермаков В. (1987), Ben-Amotz A., Avron A. (1990), Rudic V. (1993), Bousiba S., Richmond A. (1998), Dere S. et.al. (1998), Reva V. et.al. (1999), Rudic V., Bulimaga V. (1998), Reva V. et.al. (2001), Rudic V. et.al. (2002, 2007).

Scientific novelty and originality: new experimental data of influence of the complexes of Fe(III), Mn(II), Zn(II), Co(II) on the synthesis of antioxidants in the biomass of spirulina and dunaliella were obtained. New procedure of obtaining of antioxidant preparations on the basis of spirulina's and dunaliella's biomass have been elaborated.

Theoretical value. This work demonstrates the possibility of utilization of cyanobacteria Spirulina platensis CNM-CB-02 and green microalgae Dunaliella salina CNM-AV-01 as biotechnological objects for the obtaining of new preparations on the base of bioactive substances with antioxidant properties. Application value: the method of the determination of SOD activity has been improved; the integrated scheme of obtaining of antioxidant preparations on the basis of spirulina and dunaliella biomass have been elaborated.

Implementation of scientific results. The technology of thermostable antioxidant preparation from spirulina biomass obtaining is implemented at the factory „Ficotehfarm” (Act of implementation Nr. 01-04 from 05 aprile 2009).
