Structure of the thesis: introduction, six chapters, conclusions, bibliography consisting of 233 sources, 115 pages of fundamental text, 38 tables, 19 figures. Results of the research were published in 9 scientific papers.
Area of Research:internal medicine
Goal of Research: Studying of clinical peculiarities of erosive-ulcerous defeats of gastroduodenal zones at COLD for development of new diagnostic criteria and schemes treatment of gastroduodenopathies.
Research Objectives:
- Definition of frequency of occurrence and clinical features of various morphological variants of gastroduodenopathies.
- Establishment of frequency of occurrence Helicobacter pylori at aggravation COLD.
- Studying of parameters of cellular immunity, level of cytokines, titres anti-organ antibodies in comparison to a clinical-morphological variant of gastroduodenopathies.
- Development of new clinical and diagnostic criteria of gastroduodenopathies.
- Estimation of an opportunity of application of ozonotherapy in treatment of gastroduodenopathies in case of COLD.
Methodology:Research of control cases and control therapeutical research.
Scientific novelty: For the first time in Moldova at patients with COLD it is certain of parameters of cellular immunity, of balance of cytokines, of anti-organ antibodies in development of gastropathies; is studied influence of a degree of respiratory insufficiency on a condition of a mucous membrane of gastroduodenal zones; is given the estimation of efficiency ozonotherapy in complex treatment of acutes erosion and pepticis ulcers at COLD.
Scientific value and clinical applicability: The given research has allowed to make a picture of clinical features of gastropathies at COLD, and to study mechanisms of their development. The combination of ozonotherapy with standard anti-ulcerous treatment considerably raises efficiency of therapy of patients with gastropathies at COLD.
Introduction of results of research: The received results are introduced in a clinical practice in MSPI CH MH RM, included in the curriculum on Faculties of Internal illnesses № 6, № 5 and № 3 SMPU "N.Testemitanu".
