Summary

The structure of the project. The project consists of: introduction, three chapters, conclusion and recommendations, bibliography with 153 items, 27 annexes, 138 pages, 23 figures, 29 tables.

Field of studying deals with different economic and mathematics models used for the efficiency of export–import operations.

The subject of the research: the analysis of the methods of appreciation of the efficiency of export – import operations, the analysis of the economic evolution in the Republic of Moldova at the prism of export – import indices, the analysis of methodological aspects witch are connected with relative efficiency of import operations, the elaboration of an algorithm witch proves the existence of the possibilities of economic balance realization between two economic partners with the help of contract prices.

The main goal of the paper is to underline the modality of the efficient economic development in the Republic of Moldova, to point out essential problems in international economic relations, export – import operation and the methods of solving this problems, to prove the necessity of state regulations of international economic relations, to suggest theoretical and practical methods for the efficiency of international economic relations, especially export – import operations of the Republic of Moldova.

Methodology of scientific research is based on theoretical economic and mathematic models elaborated by the experts of this sphere.

Scientific novelty and originality. The paper deals with the algorithms of organizing international economics relations with the purpose of reducing prices, feasibility growth of the volume of production. There are arguments in favor of import of old techniques and technologies. The author suggests the methods of calculation of economic efficiency of old facilities and the algorithm of determining export – import ebb and flow.

Theoretical signification and implementation of the scientific results. The author of the paper centers on theoretical and scientific research made by practical and scientific research made by practical economists. The results of the research can become the basis of elaboration of concepts and principles of organizing international economic relations, and the groundwork of modification of national and international trade policies. The results can be used in calculation of economic indices, in their forecasting. They also allow imitating economic situations to prevent unfavorable effect.

Scientific results of the paper become the basis of some action of the Ministry of Economics and Trade and are used by the LLC „Malu Int”.
