Summary

Sentence struture: Introduction, three chapters, the conclusions and recommendations, bibliography has 206 reference sources, 141 pages of basic text, 37 annexes, including 16 tables and 13 pictures. The results of investigations had been published in 6 articles.

Novelty scientific of research lies in defining of fundamental historical concepts in recent history of Moldova. The given work is devoted to the study of issues, concerning the development of the diplomacy of the country in complex and, especially, the development of its activity in the post-soviet area in the context of events, occurred after the creation of CIS. The topicality of the problem and the depth of its examination are considered objectives and tasks of the thesis are shown, the sources are analized. The central claim is an idea, that thesis is concerning the one of the most cases of the foreign policies of the new little independent states in the context of geopolitical and geostrategical interests of the superpowers.

The originality of the research is to develop of historical model of the genesis of problem, the preconditions and the ground, on which the directions of the Moldavian foreign policy were based, are studied here. The special attention is paid to the research of the material, concerning the development of the legislativ basys, necessary for Republic of Moldova, as a condition for realize its internal politics and foreign interests.

Theoretical significance of the paper consists in scientific proving, defining and approaching the historical background of the concepts of integration, desintegration, inter-states relationship, energetical dependence, post-soviet area, commonwealth. This significance is devoted to analysis of the stages of economical development of the Republic of Moldova actions in its relation with CIS.

Practical significance of the paper is certified by methodological algorithm of the activity of Moldova in CIS. The main argument of this division is that foregn policy of Moldova in relation vith post-soviet area has been determined by the economical needs. In the same time, it focused the arguments about role and influence of outside economical events in Moldova.
