Summary

The structure of the thesis is the following: introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion and recommendations, bibliography, which contains 305 sources and 114 pages of text. The obtained results have been exposed in 19 scientific publications.

Field of the study is the bioethics in the relationship with the anthropological conceptions with the aim to reflect on some of its epistemological aspects of this new domain of science.

Goal of the work is the analysis of the theoretical and methodological frame of bioethics in the light of the critics given to bioethics. The objectives are: to present the perceptions on bioethics from different perspectives; to delimitate the significant elements for the bioethics’ study in the anthropological perspective; to present the bioethical similarities and differences in relationship with the geographical and cultural area; to analyze the concept relativism; to delimitate the actual bioethical methodological frame; to interrogate the bioethical methodology.

Scientific novelty and originality is based on the study of a new subject (bioethics’ episte¬mological dimensions) through a different theoretical approach (making bioethics in relationship with the anthropological reflections) and that allow the bioethical opening to other domains (its interdisciplinary work with anthropology) the including of new problems in bioethics (global/local, universal/particular, methodology).

Scientific significance is that this investigation brings new perspectives on the global/local and universal/singular relationship, on the theoretical and methodological frame and new possibilities of studies between bioethical and anthropological in our country.

The application value of the work consist on the possibility to use its results in the theoretical study of the national bioethics, in the teaching domain and in the social practice of bioethics, in the local ethics committees, in clinics or in others domains.

The implementation of the scientific results. This research fit into the mains directions of researches of the Chair of Philosophy and Bioethics of the SUMP «N. А.Testemitanu». The obtained results are implemented in projects, at national and international level (like «Training for students in anthropology») and in the didactical process at the same Chair.
