Summary

The study and aplication of genetical markers on the creation of the type of oxes moldovan of the race Baltat with blaсk, Maximovca, 2009 includes: introduction, 7 chapters, conclusions, bibliography, of 239 titles, 193 pages, basiсal text, 46 figures, 62 tables, 16 anexes. Domain of the study: immunogenetics and the amelioration of oxes. Aims and obiectives: the study and aplication of genetical protein markers of the groups, sanguinical and milk-white systems in the process of creation of a new type of oxes, the study of antigenes and aleles of sanguinical groups of the implicated races. Methodology of the scientifical research the using of tests imuno and chitogenical on the identification of the genetical peculiarities and the aplication of these in the process of creation of the new type. News and scientifical originality: It was studid the antigenic spectrum, peculiarities of the ereditation the genetical structure of the type, of the oxes moldovan of the race Baltat with black obtined in the base of the crosing of the local oxes of the races Semmental and Red of the steppe with the reproductive bulls of the races Baltat with black and Holstein which permitted the steep and broadened the theoretical basis and practices destinated for the raising and reproduction nuere stabilized genetical markeres. Theoretical semnification: In the base of immunogenetical researches effectuated the all stages of creation of the type was stabilized antigenetical structure alelophond and genetical distance, philogeny of the implicated rases in the creation of a new type and theirs cross- breeds. The practical value of the work: Wore stabilized the genetical markers of effectuated the verification of the paternity of posteriry, stabilized chariotype of bulls used for artificial insemination in the country genetically marked 5 lines of a new type, elaborated 3 practical recommendations. Implementation of the scientifical results: The effected investigations were implemented on the farms for the bulls of the races the Elever for the rasing of the bulls, the Bank of republican genophond of the Republican senter of the Amelioration and Reproduction of the Animals.
