Summary

The thesis includes 131 pages: introduction, 6 chapters, conclusions, practical recommandation, the bibliography from 215 literature sources, 31 chats, 12 figures.

Study domain. The critical patients with severe arterial hypotension and intensive polimodal therapy included Isoturane and Dopamine administration.

Goals of study. The risk factor’s evaluation in the severe hypotensive syndrom, that requires vessopresory therapy. The comparative study of the metabolic, biochemical and hemostasis modification under Dopamine and Isoturane influence in the severe hypotensive syndrom patients. Evalution of the severe hypotensive syndrom patients who requires vessopresory therapy. The comparative analyses of the central hemodynamics and heart beats modification in the vessopresory therapy with Isoturane and Dopamine in the severe hypotensive syndrom patients. Acido-base and gases metabolism disturbance assessment in the hypotensive syndrome patients under used vessopresory therapy influence. The perturbations demonstration in the hemostasic system in the shock patients who were vessopresory treated.

The innovation and scientific originality. The clinical evolution of the shock states according to vessopresory therapy using has been analyzed. A complex study in the hydroelectrolitic metabolism unbalances correlation, acido-basic and gases assessment according to administred vessopresory therapy firstly has been performed. A comparative analysis of the central hemodynamics and cardiac rithm modification depending of the used vessopresory therapy in the hypotension patients hos been effected. The Isoturone using in the hypotensive syndrome of the critical patients hos been argumented.

Theoretical signification. The minute selection of the patients who required antihypotensive therapy using with Isoturane administration. The clinical and functional pecularities assessment according to hypotensive syndrom of the precipitant factor.

Practical application. The obtained results permit the minute patients selection with major risk development of the shock situation with severe hypotensive syndrom who need vessopresory treatment, clinical and functional pecularities assessment of the severe hypotensive syndrome according to precipitant factor and severity level for the proper treatment administration and time.
