Number of publications on the thesis topic: the obtained results are published in 7 scientific studies.

Purpose of study and Study’s objectives: Purpose of study are identification of the role and place of political parties in execution of state power. Study’s objectives: argumentation of legitimacy of state power in terms of political parties; examination of the process of institutionalization of political parties as social institutions of legal and political nature; examination of specific features of appearance and evolution of political parties in Republic of Moldova and Romania; research of regulatory framework of activity of political parties from Republic of Moldova and Romania; analysis of the ideological imperative of the political parties; identification and investigation of content aspects of the connection between electoral systems and party systems; examination of the place and role of political parties in the functioning of state power’s branches.

Scientific novelty and originality: realization of overall synthesis regarding the role and activity of the parties in execution of state power; execution of thorough and complex analysis of manifestation of political parties at all levels of their political ascension; conceptualization of the problem of political doctrines in Republic of Moldova; studying of equations of political parties ‘functioning in legislative bodies. Originality of study is both the specific of the problems addressed and its complex nature.

Theoretical significance and applicative value of study: The study will make a beneficial contribution for a deeper knowledge of issues regarding the organization and functioning of political parties in Republic of Moldova and Romania. The study will be usefull for non-governmental organizations, which domain of activity is various, including at the same time problems regarding fate of democracy, political participation, improving of legal framework and of the political procedures and mechanisms of the state. Thesis represents a scientific material useful for the process of study in the institutions of high education and specialized postdoctoral education.

Implementation of scientific results: Scientific results of present study can be implemented in the development of constitutional democracy, exclusively political rights of citizens, organization and functioning of legislative authorities and executive power on the basis of political pluralism.
