Summary

The paper includes 121 make-up pages. It consists of introduction, 6 chapters, conclusions, practic recommandation, bibliography with 202 sources, 5 annexes, 20 tables, 26 figures. The obtained results in 8 scientific works there were published.

Study domain: obstetrics and gynecology

Purpose study: It consists of the medico-social aspects assessment of reproductive health, risk factor appearance and preconceptional behaviour algorythm in the women with stopped pregnancy in evolution until 22 weeks term in anamnesis.

Research objectives: The assessment of the stopped pregnancies incidence from medical institutions there were included in the study. The medico-social aspects of the stopped pregnancy. The medical and social risk factors determination which lead to the evolution pregnancy stopping. The reproductive function recovery depending on the cause of the stopped pregnancy. Behaviour algorythm elaboration in the women with stopped pregnancy in anamnesis.

Metodology of the scientific research: The performed research was a clinical, analitical, prospective study. The examined groups were homogenous. Selecting data for clinical research was "case-control" type.

Scientific innovation and originality: stopped pregnancy incidence evaluation untill 22 weeks in the medical institutions which are included in the study; medical and social factors study responsible for the pregnancy development stopping until 22 weeks; behaviour preconceptional algorithm elaboration of women with SEP in anamnesis.

Theoretical significance and applicative value of the paper: The study data about stopped pregnancy in evolution there were know by obstetricians-gynecologists. The risc medical and social factors, especially for the Republic of Moldova there were demonstrated. The diagnosis and previous behaviour algorithm for women with stopped pregnancy in anamnesis that lead to the incidence decrease of this pathology has been elaborated.

Scientific results implementation. In the current curative activity of CMH from Chişinău and Bălţi, gynecology department district hospital from Străşeni and Cahul.
