Summary

Thesis includes introduction, 4 charters, conclusions and practical recommendations, bibliography – 277 references, 12 annexes, 125 bases text pages, 65 pictures, 22 tables. The optained results are published in 9 scientific works.

Domain of research: orthopedics and traumatology, 14.00.22.

Aim of research of the study is improving the treatment results in acetabular fractures evaluating the diagnostic, specifying tactics of surgical treatment and optimize recovery.

Objectives of research: frequency study of acetabular fractures and structure trauma associated with their; evaluation comparative of internal osteosynthesis treatment results and the external with specifying the indications and contraindications for each method; appreciation indications, contraindications and features of primary total hip arthroplasty in acetabular fractures recent and evaluation results of distance; evidence features total hip arthroplasty patients with posttraumatic osteoarthritis; analyze results and develop an algorithm for treatment of acetabular fractures.

Methodology of research.: clinical study, type of research - the subject of study - people who have suffered the acetabular fractures, treated surgically in the IMSP CNŞPMU during 2000-2007.

Innovation and originality of research. In the RM were performed research oriented to determine the efficacy and particularities of surgical treatment of acetabular fractures, using the results to develop algorithm of treatment of acetabular fractures, which can be implemented in the current patients in the RM.

Theoretical significance of research. Includes the various methods of diagnosis need to be applied to differentiate acetabular fractures directions and priority selection method of osteosynthesis with various external devices, and assessment measures for prevention of postoperative complications in terms of early and late.

Applicative value of research is to develop an algorithm for treatment of acetabular fractures, accessible implemented in Moldova. Practical implementation, were obtained and applied in practice 2 inventions, successfully applying the clinic CNŞPMU.
