Summary

Structure of thesis: introduction, 5 chapters, conclusion, practical recommendations, bibliography based on 190 sources, 10 tables, 60 figures, 7 formulas, 3 attachments, 145 text pages. The obtained results are published in 7 scientific papers and 2 patents for inventions.

Field of study and tasks of work. The study was realized on 107 children age 3 to 16 with coxa valga dysplastic. Research Objectives: developing clinical-laboratory diagnostic procedures and surgical treatment of dysplastic coxa valga malformation at children and preventing dysplastic coxarthrosis juvenile.

Novelty and scientific originality. For determined objectives achievement of the children with coxa valga dysplasia were fully examined with the appreciation of: clinical, radiological, biochemical, hormonal, morphological and metabolic modifications at children with dysplastic coxa valga. The efficiency of operation method after P. Moroz had been proved, and were achieved good results distantly (age 3 to 16) and prophylaxis of dysplastic coxarthrosis juvenile at children.

The practical significance of the study. The multi aspect evaluation of patients with dysplastic coxa valga and the latest treatment results contributed to elaboration of criteria for clinical and radiological evaluation of three evolution periods of children’s dysplastic coxa valga; the implementation of scientific method of surgical correction; estimation and improvement of applied methods in postoperative treatment and rehabilitation of children with dysplastic coxa valga.

The application value of the research. Practical recommendations based on executed studies were applied in the pediatric department of orthopedics and traumatology of the National Center of pediatric surgery practice “Natalia Gheorghiu” in association with Scientific Research Institute of Mother and Child Health Care in orthopedics and traumatology departments of Municipal Children Hospital “Valentin Ignatenco”. Theoretical and practical results are applied in the teaching of the department of orthopedics, traumatology, surgery and anesthesiology training in Faculty of improvement of professional physicians skills of the Department of pediatric surgery in the medical faculty of SMPhU “Nicholas Testemiţanu.”
