The doctor's thesis in biology, perfected at the Animal Husbandry Faculty at the Department Biotechnologies in Zootechics of the State Agrarian University of Moldova in 2011.
The thesis structure includes: introduction, annotation, the litterature, conclusions, recommend, bibliography, annexes. It is exposed on 131 pages of esential text, contains 42 tables and 38 figures including diagrams and colour images. The bibliography includes 208 quoted sources, 2 annexes. On the basis of the effectuated investigations they were published 9 scientific works 2 invention patents.
The goal and objectives of the thesis. The purpose of the thesis consists in the study of the influence of Apiphitostimuline hematopoetical function on the sows, pigs, the influience on certain biochemical indexes in blood, immunological indexes and the bodymass dynamicsof the sucking-pigs.
The scientific research methodology. It constitutes the exposed conceptions in the achieved works by: [31, 84, 99] according with the standardized and registered classic methods. Scientific novelty. For the first time in ouroarticipation to the elaboration ahd investigation of the action of the preparation. Apiphitostymuline on the biochemical and hematological indexes of the blood and immune system of the sucking pigs and sows and on the body weight of the pigs.
The applied value of the thesis. The abtained positif results allowedthe elaborationof some recpmmendationsfor the optimizationof the doses and the termof the utilization of the preparation Apiphitostimmuline for the immune statute of the sows in pregnansy and their progencies.
The implementation of the scientific results. The abtained results were implemented at
private firms SRL „Agrotafix” and Gospodăria ţărănească „Balaban” from the village
Codreanca, district of Straşeni and also in the didactic process at the faculty of Zootechnics and
Biotehnology in Zootechnies of the State Agrarian University of Moldova in 2011. They were
effectuated 11 license thesis too.
