Summary

The work is made up of introduction, four chaptels, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography from 197 names, annexes 7 (18 tables), 122 pages of essential text, 16 figures, 38 tables. The obtained results are published in 8 scientific works.

Domain of study: phytotechnics.

Purpose and objectives work. To effectuate a comparative study of different cultivation technologies of the clary sage in Moldova for pointing ont of the methods of consumptions reduction in the system of care that would ensure stable productions in time, economically acceptable. The objectives: 1) to study the principal indexes of the growth and development of the clary sage depending on the cultivation technology; 2) to evaluate the production of clary sage depending on the cultivation technology; 3) to determine the content and production of the volatile oil in clary sage depending on the cultivation way.

Scientific and originality novelty: 1) for the first time it was done a comparative investigation of the efficiency of different cultivation technologies of the clary sage and new ones being economically acceptable; 2) they were proposed and materialized the notions of „hided directed crop” and native crop in clary sage; 3) for the first time it was described the fraternity phase in clary sage and subphases of budding.

The theoretical significance: It was pointed out the interraction of the terrestrial vegetation factors in the plant development in hided cultures in clary sage, the role of the light in the growth and development of the clary sage in initial phases, they were precised the development phases of the clary sage, for the first time pointing out and describing the phase of fraternity and subphases of budding.

Applicative value of the work: The results of the researches of the hided directed and native culture are proposed to be implemented but in some farms they have already been utilized as methods of establishing in time of the clary sage production at the level of 14 t/ha of raw material and the reduction of the work consumptions by 75-77% in comparison with pure crop.

Implementation of the scientific results. They were tested on the surfaces (over 30 ha) the technology of native culture and hided directed one in the cooperative farm “Aroma” from the village Cobusca, district of Anenii-Noi, where the productive and economical values had been confirmed.
