Summary

The dissertation paper consists of 149 pages of typed text that include: introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions, practical recommendations, bibliography with 233 references, 21 figuris, 17 tables. The obtained results have been published in 20 scientific studies.

Field of study: clinical reasoning of therapeutic approach in patients diagnosed with acute calculous cholecystitis with complications. Research objective: improvement of the results of surgical treatment using minimally invasive laparo- and endoscopic approach to the acute calculous cholecystitis with complications.

Research tasks: study of clinical and paraclinical aspects in patients with acute calculous cholecystitis with complications. Comparative analysis of post-surgery complications in acute calculous cholecystitis depending on duration of disease. Working out measures to reduce internal and post-surgery complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy at acute calculous cholecystitis. Determination of frequency in combination of destructive calculous cholecystitis with cholangiolithiasis as a part of acute calculous cholecystitis with complications with the help of laparo- and endoscopic methods.

Methods of scientific research: clinical research. Acute calculous cholecystitis with complications has been studied thoroughly.

Scientific novelty: the integrated study of diagnostic techniques and methods of treatment of the acute calculous cholecystitis with complications has been accomplished. The reasons, frequency and course of inflammatory processes in biliary tracts of the local population have been studied. An attempt to interpret some aspects of the term “acute calculous cholecystitis with complications” has been made.

Theoretical and practical value: the laparoscopic operation became the chosen method for surgical treatment of calculous cholecystitis, including acute calculous cholecystitis with complications. Reduction of the period of hospital admission after cholangiolithiasis at acute and chronic cholecystitis improves the psychological state and socio-biological activity of patients as well as reduces the cases of disability.

Implementation of scientific results: the results obtained as a part of the study have been applied in educational process.
