The novelty of the obtained results consists in development of the definition of synthesis of the concepts „contemporary society”, „social conflict”, „conciliation” and „society in development” through an applicative aspect, contributing to solving a problem of major concern: definition of the type of society, within which the social conflict can be settled and not solved and that assure its perpetuation on world civilization, being approached at the level of its structure and agents, accompanied with multidimensional manifestations, on horizontal and vertical levels.
