The aim of the study. Improving surgical behavior, reduce the length of hospitalization of patients with bronchopulmonary malformations in the optimization techniques of diagnosis and treatment, multilateral analysis of epidemiological, clinical, imaging and histology.
Objectives: Determination of the incidence, clinical course variants of bronchopulmonary malformations in children, etiopathogenic mechanisms in the development of complications and the development of diagnostic procedures based and differentiated medical and surgical treatment.
Scientific novelty of the work. It was elucidated surgical tactics in lung congenital malformations in children, demonstrating the possibility and effectiveness of applying conservative treatment, surgery or combined differently for each case , based on clinical criteria , laboratory and individual organism growing.
Scientific problem solved. Were presented optimal criteria for early diagnosis and treatment of congenital lung congenital malformations in children.
The theoretical significance. In practice were implemented the mandatory criteria of selection for early diagnosis and medical and surgical management of congenital lung malformations in the baby.

Implementation of scientific results. In the study were implemented new methods of diagnosis and treatment in daily practice of polling newborn surgery, thoracic surgery and abdominal surgery in septic IMşiC and teaching at the Department of Pediatric Surgery .
