Summary

Thesis structure: the study is exposed on 111 electronic text pages, consists of introduction, 4 capitols, conclusions, practical recommendations, summary in Russian, Romanian and English languages, bibliographical index with 168 references, includes 33 figures, 4 tabeles, 4 formulas and 6 annexes. The obtained results are published in 11 scientific works. Study domain and objectives. The study was performed being based on the Informational System in Medicine (ISM) in the Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery (INN). The opinion regarding ISM efficiency has been studied at doctors and 99 medical assistants, as well as the satisfaction level regarding the specialized medical services in neurology and neurosurgery has been studied at 201 patients. Study objective: measuring of ISM implementation impact for the authentic information delivery, as well as improving the quality of medical assistance.

Scientific originality and actuality. In order to realize the proposed objectives, the main indexes of INN activity have been analyzed in conditions of ISM implementation, in order to identify major problems; new directions of ISM development were high lightened, as well as new organization structures of medical services offer to the population; medical workers opinion regarding ISM implementation has been studied; patients opinion regarding the quality of medical care services was also analyzed.

Theoretical value of the study. The results of performed study have proven the necessity of new and modern forms of medical services offer implementation, as well as ISM introduction in all the institutions in subordination to the Ministry of Health in Republic of Moldova.

The main problem solved with the current study consists in assessing benefits of ISM in activity of medical institutions and its influence on medical services quality.

Applicative value of the study is significant by the fact that ISM implementation in a medical institution 1) improves accessibility, efficiency and quality of specialized medical care services in out- and inpatients, 2) positively influences satisfaction of those who offer medical services, and patients. Theoretical and practical results are used in INN, in didactic process at the Chair of Economy, management and psychopedagogics in State University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Nicolae Testemiţanu”
