The thesis is exposed on 136 pages of typed text, involves 16 tables and 76 figures, comprises introduction and 5 chapters, synthesis of the results, conclusions and practical recommendations, has 211 references and 12 annexes. There were obtain 2 innovations and one bronze medal.
The field of research: The work represents a research of 101 patients with tissular defects at the level of inferior limb attended and operated within septic surgical department of Medico-Sanitary Public Institution Clinical Hospital of Traumatology.
The aim and objectives of the research was to underline the donator potential of lateral and posterior surface of the leg for tailoring vascularized flaps on the basis of perforators of the leg as well as to show osteogenic potential of corticoperiosteocutaneous flap raised from anterior surface of the tibia.
Scientifical originality. In the anatomical study was shown the interperforant relation on the tibia periosteum which allowed for the first time to harvest the tibial posterior corticoperiosteocutaneous perforator flap. As well there was performed reconstruction with peroneal tendinofasciocutaneous perforator flap.
Important scientifical problem solved by the research. Was finding of the preferential intervals of leg perforators distribution which allowed discovering and implementation of the new surgical techniques, important for the medical science and practice.
Theoretical significance and applicative value of the thesis. There were studied the anatomical characteristics of perforator vessels which arise from the 3 main arteries of the leg and where compared with the results of the Doppler study for identifying the exacticity of preoperative Doppler angiography in the perforant flap surgery.
Implementation of the scientifical results. Surgical techniques for harvesting perforator flaps are used in the medical practice in the department of Septic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the Medico-Sanitary Public Institution Clinical Hospital of Traumatology and in the Department of Septic Traumatology in the Institute of Emergent Medicine.
