The present thesis is exposed on 132 pages and includes: introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions, bibliography from 226 literary sources, 6 annexes, 17 figures and 33 tables.
The achieved results are published in the 11 scientific sources, including 2 articles without co-authors.
The studied domain: Internal Diseases (Hepatology).
The aim of the study. The study of hemostasis disorders of patients with liver cirrhosis and determine correction methods depending on the disease stage.
The objectives of the study: evaluation of clinical aspects of coagulopathy of patients with liver cirrhosis, assessment of parameters of primary and secondary hemostasis and physiological anticoagulants values depending on the etiology and disease stage. The determination of the changes of hemostasis parameters depending on the treatment.
Novelty and originality of the study was to determine the clinical manifestations of hemorrhagic syndrome and changes in the hemostatic system of patients with liver cirrhosis in the Republic of Moldova. Identification of options for correction of hemostasis disorders of these patients using the most sensitive parameters, depending on the stage of the disease and complications. The scientific problem solved in the thesis. The study identified clinical manifestations and frequency of the bleeding syndrome in patients with liver cirrhosis in different stage of the disease, were determined correlations with basec clinical syndromes, risk factors of bleeding complications and possibilities of their correction.
Theoretical significance of the study lies in the detailed description of the features of hemorrhagic syndrome and changes in the parameters of hemostasis of patients with cirrhosis of the liver, so you can choose the opportune moment, and one of it`s correction methods.
Applicable value of this study is the determination of the parameters of hemostasis of patients with liver cirrhosis which allows to identify the risk of bleeding complications, and choosing the right method of correction.
The results have been introduced. The results of this study have been introduced and used in the Department of Hepatology in the Republican Clinical Hospital.
