Summary

Social intellect/intelligence represents a creative element of vital activity of the person and of the society, on which depends the modern state of the society, and also the perspectives of survival, progressive and constant development. The main purpose/aim of the present work consists in the realization of objective analysis of the social intelligence and its role in stabilization of the development of the society.

The first chapter deals with consideration of the role of information factor in survival of the modern society. The importance of this factor, for formation and development of public intelligence is argued and proved. Taking into account this fact, that the problem of the yield of the strategy of the survival is endways connected to the increase of the intellectual power of society, special attention is reverted on processes of informatization.

In the second chapter the concept of social intelligence is defined; different explanations of this concept, for example: personal, synthetic and also collective intelligence, were given. The deepening in nature of the intelligence is shown in different material forms, and also detection of its importance, is done due to the level of modern knowledge.

In the third chapter the problem of ways of protection of social intelligence is talked over. Ways of improvement of human intelligence have been intended according to principal parameters - globalization, intellectualization, noospherization - and in connection with this tendency of intelligence to achieve noospherical level; more or less comprehensive answers have been given to many problems. It is emphasized (is pointed out) that noospherization and resistant development are the two original phenomena closely related among themselves which interact and complete one another.
