Summary

The work is dedicated to one of the important problems of education at the present stage, in particular, to the problem of the pupils’ communicative abilities in the process of learning Romanian as the second language.

The theoretical bases of forming the pupils’ of junior forms communicative abilities during the investigation were analysed and the role of the methodological examination of the concepts correlation speech/dialogue in the rational organization of the educational process was revealed.

The tehnological system of forming communicative abilities at the first stage of teaching the Romanian language has been elaborated and founded both theoretically and practically. The formation of these abilities have been shown to develop through regular development of different aspects of dialogue in three consecutive phases.

The application of the technological system determines the desire and pleasure of communication, the occurrence of the first sings of dialogue motivation during the interesting, attractive and stimulating activity.
