Summary

Blood vessels of kidney have deen paid special attenrion for a long time. It is connected with the necessities of clinical medicine and morphologic fundamental research. The individual variability of the architectonics of human kidney blood vessels is worthy of special note, which was determined on materials of human corpses of different ages.

The aim of the present was a more detailed study of some questions connected with individual variations of the architectonics of human kidney blood vessels, and determination of the main morphometric and tensometric parameters of the above mentioned vessels. There were 620 kidneys studied, totally. The examination also includes retrospective analyses of 180 abdominal aortograms, where the vain attention was drawn to the number of aa. renales and their space interrelations with other vessels of the peritioeal cavity. One of the tasks was to optimize the corrosive and polychomic method, and adapt it in studies of the individual variability of the architectonics of kidney blood vessels along the whole length, including the peritoneal area of the aorta and lower cabal vien, and also components of pelvis – caliculus complex. The analyses of the achived results took into account the gender and age of the studied subjects, and the position of kidneys on the right or left side of the body. The text of the dissertation is accompanited with 87 illustrations and 16 tables.

Thus, the abdominal panaorthography promets revealing the frchitectonics of arterial vessels of the peritoneal cavity, including extra- and intrarenal areas of arteries and their individual vatiations.

One of the tasks of the research was develoment and approbation of the modified method of producing the corrosion and polychrome preparations of kidney vessels. Fulfilling this task could reduce the price, and largely, to shorten the terms of preparations the production, up to 6-7 hours. With it all, the highly dispersive injection mass fills the smallest branches of kidney vessels.

The individual peculiarities of human kidney vessels appear at the prenatal period of ontogenesis. At the mature age , and especially pre- and senile ones, the are associated with involutional processes, mainly, coming to reduction of some number of vessels and rarefaction of intrarenal vascular network.

The architectonics of renal vessels, irrespective of the age of studied subjects, depends on their number – solitary or / and plural, including perforating, on the place of venous trunk fision, and the type of the arterial division – extended andmain, and other factors. All this together determines undividual peculiarities of the architectonics of the of human kidney vessels.

Consequently, the individual variability of the architectonics of human kidney blood vessels was studied by us , taking into account a number of criteria: the level of passing aa. renales from the aorta, and falling vv. renales into the lower caval vien, their movement, spatial orientation and interrelationships with other anatomic formantions, the place and method of, branching of aa.renales on the branch from levels one to five (and forming vv.renales, morphometric parameters (the length, caliber, thickness of the wall, the length of the internal circumference), and tensometric figures (tensile load and margin, tension, strength, modulus of elasticiti) of human kidnei arteries and tensometric figures (tensile load and margin, tension, strength, modulus of elasticiti) of human kidnei arteries and veins. All the figures, especially, biometric ones vary at a wide range.
