Summary

The actuality of the results from the necessity of all countries and peoples to reconsider their connections and interrelationships within the world economy in the conditions of the growing process of globalization.

In the presen work the changing problems of the economical activity are researched at different levels / local, regional, national and world level.

The globalization and rationalization of the economy are viewed as objective tendencies of the world development. The world countries review the bilateral and multilateral relationships in the frame of different regional subsystems in order to adjust their economical systems to the common movement to the unique world economy system.

A special attention is paid to the key/problems of finding common, as well as specific acceptable models and mechanisms of globalization for different groups of countries and for each country taken apart. o, the Republic of Moldova come across double problem regarding state approval and creations of the national economy.

The research touches upon the problems regarding the creation of the unique informational, technological, trade, investing and informational system to which, all the world countries should aim to. The obtained results may be used for working out the macroeconomic and external economic policy, attracting investors into the country. The analysis of the strategy for the countries with promote to the perfection of the state policy concerning this problems and will accelerate the economical stability.

The conclusions of the scientific research regarding the business conditions in the Republic of Moldova based on the world experience and strengthening the analytical and theoretical argumentations, will permit the elaboration of certain proposals regarding perfection of the external economic activity of our county.
