Summary

One of most challenges from which collides economy of Moldova is an adaptation to calls of globalization of economic activities as a whole and functioning of firms in particular. This problem caused special interest in all governments of Republic Moldova since 1991. In this direction some steps have been created: priority areas have been determined; the fund of support of small business has been created; the concept of an industrial policy of republic has been produced; with the help of the World Bank the project on re-structuring the enterprises, etc. has been started. But it while only modest successes.

In these conditions is actual and necessary a foresight of our researches in which the opportunity of inclusion of the Moldavian enterprises in a world economic revolution would be analyzed. Transnationalisation is a possible way of occurrence to global economy. For this purpose are developed strategy of the internationalizations, adapted to conditions and opportunities given the enterprises. It also is essence of research. Definition of necessity of internationalizations of economic policies and studying of influence of foreign trade on activity of firms represents other direction of research. All these aspects are analyzed in conformity with characteristics of the small countries; in fact Moldova too belongs to this group of the countries.

In work is argued necessity of acceptance of experience of the small countries for use of advantages for the decision of economic problems and recommendations for the Moldavian enterprises. In the given context it is analyzed prospects of integration of the enterprises in the European zone.
