Summary

The thesis structure: Introduction, 4 chapters of research, conclusions and recommendations, bibliographic index 178 sources. The thesis is presented on 150 pages of typed text, iconografic material contains 28 tables, 37 figures and 5 annex. The results were reported in the scientific publications 36

The research area: medicine, oncology.

Study aim: appreciation of peculiarities immuno-genetic, clinical and morphological characteristics of breast cancer and developing the algorithm for determining the optimum volume of surgery in patients with type 2 diabetes.

Thesis objectives:

Research Methodology: The study consists of two phases: analytical-descriptive and non-experimental case-control study object being patient with confirmed diagnosis of breast cancer and type 2 diabetes associated with general and special methods.

Scientific novelty: For the first time made a comprehensive study of the changes immuno-genetic and morphological peculiarities of clinical-breast cancer for patients with type 2 diabetes was studied and the correlation between the presence of the BRCA1 gene mutation and major influence on the forms of determinism immunogenetics clinico-morphological and immunohistochemical types of malignant tumors in patients with breast cancer and diabetes.

The scientific solved problem: The study is a valuable contribution in completing research in oncology and breast cancer, targeting a large group of patients who had suffered two severe diseases associated – breast cancer and type 2 diabetes were selected and ranked factors in the development of cancer death risk breast in patients with type 2 diabetes, which led to the individualization and develop specific treatment algorithm for determining the optimum volume of surgery in these patients.

The theoretical significance and the applicative value of the work: research strategy allow to personalize the treatment of patients with breast cancer and type 2 diabetes. Based on the data embedded in the everyday practice of the principles of the perioperative management of patients with breast cancer and type 2 diabetes, and reduced to a minimum limit for the reduced volume of surgical intervention.

Implementation of scientific results: The scientific value of the results of the study were approved and implemented in the Oncological Institute, scientific laboratory Mammology Oncology, chemotherapy and radiotherapy departments, offices profile of CCD, oncologists district and CMF
