Summary

The dissertation work shows the results of complex studing of particularity of fatty acids synthesis by cyanobacteria Spirulina platensis (Nordst.) Geitl CNM-CB-01 and microalgae Porphyridium cruentum (Näg) CNM-AR-01, the posibility of direct synthesis of polyunsaturated fatty acids implementation and the elaboration of methods of lipidic preparation obtaining.

The comparative test of coordinating compounds of Zn(II) with aminoacids and halogenacetates influence on fatty acids synthesis had been implemented and were elicited the effective regulators of polyunsaturated fatty acids accumulation process by spirulina and porphyridium.

On the base of obtained results was determinate common elements of Spirulina platensis (Nordst.) Geitl CNM-CB-01 and Porphyridium cruentum (Näg) CNM-AR-01 physiologic answer on influence of coordinating compounds of Zn(II) throw synthesis of polyunsaturated fatty acids.

The researching results permit to elicite the posibility of polyunsaturated fatty acids direct synthesis implement by the chemical stimulators and physical factors influence.

The elaborated methods of direct synthesis permit to obtain valuable biomass of microalgae and cyanobacteria.

Was elaborated methods of lipidic preparation obtaining from algae biomass and effective methods of natural antioxidants using to preserve lipidic products properties.

Is proposed to use the strain of Spirulina platensis (Nordst.) Geitl CNM-CB-01 like the sourse of gama linolenic acid, and the strain of Porphyridium cruentum (Näg) CNM-AR-01 like the sourse of eicosapentaenoic acid.
