Systematic long (more than 30 years) using of different systems of fertilization in crop rotation on typical chernozem increases the productivity of crops in the cereal-sugar beets link of crop rotation by influencing inadequately soil fertility. Only by using the organic fertilizers 15 tons per 1 ha of crop rotation allows to support the positive balance of soil organic matter on typical chernozem and simultaneously to improve the physical, chemical and biological properties of soil. The coefficient of energy efficiency for the mineral system of fertilization is 5.4 times lower than for the organic system of fertilization. The contents of nitrate in layer 180 - 200 cm are lower in the spring for the organic system of fertilization in comparison with the mineral system of fertilization.
