Summary

The paper is dedicated to complex reseach of the influence of constitutional standards and of some juridical institutions over the formation and the evolution of juridical culture in the Republic of Moldova during tranzition period, using the realiyations of na’ional and international science in researching the constitutionalism, as well as the elaboration on their basis of some recommendations of lelge ferenda.

A special attention is drawun to development pecularities of Moldovan statehood. of the incipient state of juridical culture formation in edification of the state of law in the Republic of Moldova, of this constitutional fundamentals.

The first chapter of the paper is consecrated to the role of juridical culture in constitutional development of the Republic of Moldova. Those elements of juridical culture are revaled. Which actively influence the juridical conscience and the application of law in the practice. The role of basic elements and functions of juridical culture in constitutional development of the Republic of Moldova is emphasized, as well as some peculiarities of deformation process of juridical culture in tranzition period of the Republic of Moldova. At this point. The negative consequences of the deformation process of juridical culture are disclosed.

In the second chapter of the work the juridical conscience and its role in forming juridical culture in edification of the state of the law in the Republic of Moldova during tranyition period is investigated. Within this context. The essence of constitutional principle of legality and law compliance by citeyens during tranyition period in which the Republic of Moldova is found are studied. A special attention is drawn to the analysis of civic active position of ctizens and its influence over the level of constitutional standards observance.

The third chapter covers the analysis of the influence of juridical education of citiyens over the formation of their juridical culture during tranzition period in the Republic of Moldova. There is studied in details the insurance of citezen’s constitutional law in juridical information, as an important factor in rasing citizens’ level of juridical culture in the Republic of Moldova.

Practical significance may be remarcable, in the first turn, by scientific recomandations destined to the growth of juridical culture level within the context of Constitution supremacy of the Republic of Moldova.
